1. Add the chicken in a pot with onion, mustard, Thyme leaves, Rosemary, Parsley, garlic, black pepper, bouillon cube, chili pepper and a tea spoon of Baking soda. Cover with water and bring to boil. Cook until the chicken is completely done. The cooking time will vary depending on the size of the chicken. Check for doneness with a fork before you remove and set aside. 2. Heat 2 liter of vegetable oil and deep fry the whole chicken until brown. Remove and place in a tissue paper to absorb the excess oil. Serve with fried Plantain.
