PERI PERI CHICKEN

PERI PERI CHICKEN

Ingredients:

? 4 chicken laps ? 1 tablespoon of roasted chilli powder ? 2 fresh chillies ? 3 cloves garlic ? A juice of 1 lime ? 1 teaspoons of grated ginger ? 1 teaspoon black pepper ? 1 teaspoon salt ? 1 tablespoon paprika ? 2 tablespoon of oil ? 1 bouillon cube, optional.

Preparation:

1. In a food processor, blend all the spices together. Add the roasted chilli powder, the grated ginger, black pepper, salt, the garlic and chillies. Add the lime juice, the oil and the bouillon cube. Then blend until smooth. 2. Add the spice mixture on the chicken and coat well. Then cover and let it marinate in your refrigerator for 2 hours or more, the longer the better. 3. Preheat your grill or barbecue, lightly brush it with oil and now grill the chicken for 30 minutes or until it tender. You need to turn it often in order to cook all the sides. When it ready serves it with anything you want.
